  • Private Group Sessions: Yoga sessions catering to specific groups, fostering a focused environment for shared growth. You can also create your own groups with friends or colleagues for a personalized and engaging yoga experience.

Massage Sessions (90-120 mins):

 

  • Thai Yoga Massage: A traditional healing art combining acupressure, stretching, and techniques that relieve stress, improve flexibility, and promote well-being. It uses body weight, rhythmic compressions along energy pathways, gentle rocking, and joint manipulation to work deeply into the tissues. This process releases blockages, restores energy flow, and fosters a strong connection between body and mind, promoting balance and relaxation on all levels.

 

  • Osteothai Sessions: Osteothai is the integration of osteopathic principles and techniques into Thai yoga massage. These integrative sessions address unique needs, combining osteopathy and Thai yoga massage techniques.

*(Thai yoga massage and Osteothai are practiced on the floor; the recipient wears light, loose and comfortable clothing.)
